Return and Refund Policy

At Steve Wynder, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

  • Shipping on Refundid returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.15.
  • Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be no more than 20% used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, just fill in the form below and we will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send use the form below and we will provide further instructions.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately using the form below. Please include your order number, name and a photo of the damage. We will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Received incorrect item

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us using the form below within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you further.

You will be asked to provide a photo of the incorrect item as well as your order number. Once we have confirmed that the item is indeed incorrect, we will dispatch the correct item.

If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Steve Wynder will cover any shipping costs. Please complete your return using the returns form below.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us using the form below within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then investigate and, if we find that an item is indeed missing, we will send a replacement to you at no extra cost.

Allergy

If you have an allergy, please check the list of ingredients before using any of our products. If you are still unsure, please contact us.

In the rare case you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. Please use the form below. Steve Wynder will cover the shipping costs.

Faulty Product

At Steve Wynder, we’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. If you receive a faulty product, we will happily refund or exchange it for you. Simply return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will take care of the rest.

Change of Mind?

We Won’t Mind. We offer refunds or store credit on all full priced items (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in original, unused condition.
