Remember this… the cut is everything so you really need to find someone that is trained in precision cutting and understands how hair moves and falls.
If ever any of my clients move away, I always give them this sound advice on how to find and pick a great hairdressing salon and hair stylist.

How to find the best hairdressers and stylist's
First of all, search on Google and find a salon that has great reviews, whether they are Google or Facebook reviews. Have a good read through them and make sure they are giving you an honest review of the salon and hairdressers.

Another easy way to find a local hairdresser is to type ‘Hairdresser near me’ into Google or the search engine of your choice and again check out their reviews, website and Facebook page
Once you have found a salon, call them and book in for a treatment and blow-dry so your in the salon for sometime. This will allow you to relax, watch and watch and see who you think will best fit with you and your hair.
Ask lots of questions and ask what type of looks and colours would suit you find out a bit about how long they have been hairdressing and where they trained etc. Above all trust your gut! you will normally know if someone knows there stuff and will be a good fit for you and your hair.
Make sure the salon has a friendly vibe and that they keep up-to-date with the latest trends, fashion and products.
What to look for in a hairdresser
A hairdresser should want to build a long term relationship with you so they become ” your hairdresser” not someone who cut your hair one time. Make sure they really activily listen to you and acknowledge your needs.
